private beach shuttle service, spacious bathroom with separate tub, well-maintained pool area
The gym equipment needs an upgrade and better ventilation!!! the Wi-Fi connectivity issues were bothersome, requiring frequent log-ins. The noise in the area can be quite disruptive in the early mornings!!!

Lovely stay in Nusa Dua 🌴✨
Super impressed with the room, lekker spacious with a fab view of the gardens! The beach shuttle was a real win, saved us some hassle. Staff were sharp-sharp, always checking in to make sure we were okay, felt like we were at home!
Food could have had more variety, some days brekkie was just not hitting the spot.

Chur, bro! The pools were lovely and the location close to shops was sweet as, but the food was a bit hit-and-miss. All good otherwise!

Fantastic family getaway
We loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly and even surprised our kid with cute towel animals. The pool area was so relaxing, and having a private beach made it even better! Just wish the breakfast had more options. Otherwise, we really enjoyed exploring nearby restaurants and shops.

Had an amazing group vacation! The private beach was wonderful, and the shuttle service made it super easy to visit. Spent time golfing at Bali National Golf Club, and it was an experience not to be missed. Staff were super friendly, and the pool area was relaxing, never too crowded.
One downside was that food could have been better. we found some offerings to be a bit off, like the cheesecake with cheese. Not quite what we expected.

Had an amazing time with my family! The pools were pristine and the beach access was a game-changer for our fun in the sun. Just a heads up, the wait for drinks at the pool was a bit longer than expected, but it didn’t ruin our awesome stay. 😊

The Grand offers a spacious room with a large bathroom featuring a massive shower. Breakfast includes a wide variety of choices, with attentive chef service to accommodate special requests. The staff went above and beyond, especially Yono, the manager, who handled all conference needs seamlessly. The two pools are well-maintained and provide a serene atmosphere, perfect for relaxing during business breaks.
The spa prices are significantly higher than local options.
